Electronic Processing Requirements

Beginning July 1, 2009, Utah has mandated electronic processing for applications, renewals, reinstatements, appointments, designations, address/name changes and background documentation. With few exceptions (must be authorized by Producer Licensing Staff), if the request is available electronically through Sircon or NIPR, it must be completed online. Residents use Sircon, Non-residents use Sircon or NIPR.

Resident Renewal Applications: Documents can be loaded to Sircon during the renewal process.

Non-residents Initial and Renewal Applications: Back ground documents can be loaded to the NIPR Attachment Warehouse.
