List of Licensees

Licensing records are classified as public records in Utah. Licensing records for agents, agencies, and companies are available using our Licensee Search tool.

A licensee of the Department may order a customized list of insurance companies, agents, or agencies if they are using it for an insurance business purpose. To order a list, please submit a List Request & Release Agreement online.

There is a fee associated with ordering a customized list. See link above for more information.

Please note: A list request is a type of record request under the Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) and may be denied under the Act’s provisions.

On our website we post the following lists at no charge:

• Market share and financial information
• Directories of insurers and regulated organizations
• Bail bond companies and agents
• Title insurers
