New Testing Vendor for Utah

Insurance license exams will be administered by Prometric beginning January 1, 2020. Effective December 16, 2019, license candidates may contact Prometric at http://www.prometric.com/utah/insurance or 888-226-8740 to register, pay, and schedule their exams.
