Utah Insurance Rules — R590 and R592

Insurance rules are issued to implement or interpret the Utah Insurance Code or federal mandates and have the effect of law.

  • R590-277, Managed Care Health Benefit Plan Contract Standards. Filing Form.
    This is a new rule. Comments will be accepted until 08-14-2018. No hearing is scheduled. Earliest possible effective date is 08-21-2018.
