Utah Insurance Rules — R590 and R592

Insurance rules are issued to implement or interpret the Utah Insurance Code or federal mandates and have the effect of law.

  • R590-277, Managed Care Health Benefit Plan Policy Standards. Filing Form.
    This is a new rule. Comments will be accepted until 01-31-2019. Hearing scheduled for 01-15-2019 at 10am in 3110E State Office Building, Salt Lake City, UT 84114. Earliest possible effective date is 02-07-2019.
