Utah Insurance Rules — R590 and R592

Insurance rules are issued to implement or interpret the Utah Insurance Code or federal mandates and have the effect of law.

    This is an amendment to an existing rule. Comments accepted until 09-14-2020. No hearing is scheduled. Earliest possible effective date is 09-21-2020.
  • New R590-225-3, Documents Incorporated by Reference.
    This is an amendment to an existing rule. Comments accepted until 09-14-2020. No hearing is scheduled. Earliest possible effective date is 09-21-2020.
  • R590-102, Insurance Department Fee Payment Rule.
    This is an amendment to an existing rule. Comments accepted until 07-31-2020. No hearing is scheduled. Earliest possible effective date is 08-07-2020.
  • R590-231, Workers’ Compensation Market of Last Resort.
    This is a repeal of an existing rule. Comments accepted until 06-15-2020. No hearing is scheduled. Earliest possible effective date is 06-22-2020. This repeal has been withdrawn. It will be refiled at a later date.
